All orders placed after 1pm GMT will be processed the next working day.
Our office is closed over the weekends. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
Import taxes, duty and charges are your responsibility as the buyer, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to you placing an order from worldofhosiery.co.uk. We will not be responsible for any costs and shipping charges incurred by goods being returned back to us.
All items are delivered by a national courier a signature is required, when signing for your delivery please make sure every parcel is present, fully sealed and not damaged, any parcels missing or damaged must be stated on the delivery documents at the time of delivery or no claim can be made.
The minimum order amount for UK customers is £100.00 excluding carriage charges and V.A.T, the minimum order amount for EU customers is £150.00 and International customers is £200.00 excluding shipping charges.
As the UK is no longer part of EU you are responsible for all custom charges and VAT at your country's current VAT rate, If for any reason the consignment is returned to us you are reasonable for all charges including customs, delivery and return costs.
